Local products, farms which offer accommodation and farm visits
The “arbre à pain” or chestnut tree is there to be discovered—its nuts and their different uses: flour, jams, etc. Agriculture has shaped part of the landscape, and offers splendid delights for the palate such as mountain honey, local pork products, Cévennes goat’s cheese, organic lamb, Mont Lozère beef.
